Scope of Work

• Strip and stockpile topsoil
• Cut-and-fill grading to engineer plan
• Detention basin excavation
• Curb-cut and access road sub-base

Challenges

A working storefront sat right next door, so we ran dust control all day, kept traffic moving around us, and staged material deliveries after hours to stay out of everyone's way. On top of that, the storm-water design had to swallow a 25-year rain event inside a basin that had very little room to spare.

Outcome

The finished pad hit spec, DEEP signed off on the basin the first time out, and the general contractor broke ground on the foundation exactly the day we'd committed to.
