Terms of Service

Last updated: July 1, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Roberts Excavations website. Roberts Excavations is an excavation and site-work contractor serving Sterling and the surrounding Connecticut region. By using this site you agree to the terms below; if you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Estimates and quotes

Information and pricing shown on this site are for general reference and do not constitute a binding offer. Every project is quoted after we review the site conditions, scope, permits, and access. The terms of any work we perform are set out in the written estimate or contract we provide for that specific job, which controls if anything here conflicts with it.

Use of the website

You may use this site for lawful purposes to learn about our services and request an estimate. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use its content to imply an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.

Intellectual property

The text, photos, logos, and design on this site are the property of Roberts Excavations or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Project photos represent work performed by our team.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep the site accurate and current, but service details, pricing references, and availability can change without notice, and the site is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roberts Excavations is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits the obligations set out in a signed work agreement for services we actually perform.

Third-party links

This site may link to third-party pages, such as our Facebook page or mapping services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the most recent change. Questions? Call (401) 479-1472 or email Djroberts6@gmail.com.
